PROCEDURES ON DECLARING AT 5STARTRANS
Step 1: Receive the request
Receive information from customers such as Bill, Invoice, Packing list, C/O, License (for conditional import and export items),…
Step 2: Check the document
Checks the goods information, check the HS code, tax, and import and export permits (If any), etc. Notify the customer of the revised information if it is not suitable.
Step 3: Make the declaration
E-declaring customs declaration -> Send to the customer for checking -> Customer confirms the draft declaration -> Official customs declaration.
Step 4: Carry out customs clearance at the port or airport
Operator receives the shipment –> Prepare documents, pay for port authority fees –> Go to the seaport or airport –> Carry out customs procedures outside the port
Step 5: Delivery to customer warehouse
Arrange a reasonable delivery time with the customer and deliver to the customer’s warehouse.
Step 6: Issuing Invoice and Transfer documents
Transfer all docs to the accounting department for issuing Invoices and waiting for customer’s payment.
