CONTAINER TRANSPORTATION PROCESS
Step 1. Quotation
The info be provided by the customer
- Pick up location And Delivery address
- Name and quantity of goods to be transported
- Containers of 20, 40′, OT, FR…
- Expected to pick up date, expected delivery date
- Other conditions required by the customer
Step 2. Confirm on price
Step 3. Sign a contract of carriage or Email confirm approval
Step 4. Send the vehicle to pick up the goods according to the agreed conditions
Step 5. Notice of goods arrival
Step 6. Contact recipient and arrange delivery
Step 7. Issuing invoices, making payments and liquidating the shipping contract
SAFE PROCEDURES OF INLAND CONTAINER TRANSPORT AT 5STARTRANS
- Prepare a specific packing plan, type of goods, size, weight, place of packing…
- Always check the condition of the container before packing
- Transporting the right tonnage, the right type of goods
- For machinery, pack wooden bales according to standards
- Take pictures and note the information of goods after closing
