GENERAL PROCEDURES WITH VIETNAM - CAMBODIA TRANSIT PROCEDURE
- Step 1: Book from shipping lines.
- Step 2: Pick up the empty container (for FCL) and move it to the customer’s warehouse to stuff the goods.
- Step 3: Carry out export procedures at the border gate in Cambodia (Bavet..)
- Step 4: Open an independent transport declaration at the Cambodia-Vietnam border gate (Moc Bai…)
- Step 5: Conduct inspection at the border gate, seal (with FCL cargo), and stamp (with LCL cargo).
- Step 6: Transport goods from the first import border gate (Moc Bai..) to the last export border gate (Cat Lai/Cai Mep)
- Step 7: Liquidate the OLA declaration at Cat Lai/Cai Mep port.
- Step 1: Receive the shipping docs (B/L, PL)…
- Step 2: Open OLA independent shipping declaration at Cat Lai/Cai Mep import port.
- Step 3: Check and seal the shipment (seal with FCL cargo and seal with LCL cargo)
- Step 4: Make a shipping list, transshipment of goods to Moc Bai to liquidate the declaration.
- Step 5: Transport the goods to the customer’s warehouse in Cambodia.
- Step 1: Receive the shipping docs (MAWB, PL)…
- Step 2: Open the OLA independent shipping declaration at TSN airport
- Step 3: Check and seal the shipment
- Step 4: Make a list of transportation and transshipment of goods to the Vietnam-Cambodia border gate (Moc Bai ..) to liquidate the declaration.
- Step 5: Transport the goods to the customer’s warehouse in Cambodia.
- Step 1: Make a booking from the airline.
- Step 2: Vehicles transport goods from the warehouse of the owner of the goods (Cambodia) to the Cambodia – Vietnam border gate.
- Step 3: Open the export declaration at the beginning of Cambodia.
- Step 4: Open the OLA independent transport declaration at the border gate of Vietnam.
- Step 5: Check the shipment and put the seal on it.
- Step 6: Transporting goods from the import border gate to the airport.
- Step 7: Weigh the goods, stamp-mark shipping lines.
- Step 8: Liquidate the transit declaration.

- From other countries transited in the territory of Vietnam and delivered by road to Cambodia: 3-5 working days from the date of arrival (ETA) at the port. Cat Lai/ Cai Mep/ TSN airport.
- LUMPSUM CARGO: 1 working day from getting cargo at our warehouse
